I think the consensus was that the median age of Rexers tends to be rather higher than the average age of this board. I'm 38, and doing the best riding of my life.
I'm not suprised at the lack of ZRX owners, seeing as how people don't seem to like good looking bikes anymore -_-
Its because they're classic looking. For me I absolutely love the look of them. That and the GSX1400 and the Yammy version FJR? (i forget the code for the yammy version).
Grey market import? 2005 was the last year for a US model, I believe.
Steve-34, I'm ZRXOA #5174, myself. I only really go back to that board to check on the various regional meets, and occasional mod information...
He owns a Z-1000...not a ZRX.
But like Ozy, I also am a Z-Rex rider in spirit. I've loved them ever since I saw one way back in the day. The classic look with the modern engine is just pure bliss to me.
If I ever decide to get a bigger bike (which I'm sure I will) a ZRX will be right at the top of my list!!!
