Best oil filter

I use Kawasaki oil filters but I hear that I'm a fool for using OEM filters and I should use Fram filters instead.

Dave, I use WIX. About $4.50. I've used Fram and never had a problem also, so it like the oil question, what brand do you use......LOL!!

It seems that we have this Forum all to ourselves.

I have used both OEM and Amsoil in Rexann but I have been thinking about Carquest/Wix for my next oil change. I'm currently using Amsoil so we don't need to do a oil thread.

I use only the OEM filters. If there is ever a warranty question they can't come back or try to come back on your for using a non OEM filter. Cheap insurance for expensive engines..

I'm way past my warranty and the oil filter used on the ZRX is rather basic. As long as the filter material is well made then any other problems with the filter should be obvious after a visual inspection.
