YZF-R6 We started out to give the 2005 R6 more horsepower and a new fork, and wound up engineering a nearly new motorcycle.

Talking Yzf R6S instrument cluster color

Hey all,

I did a search and couldn't find what I'm looking for and hope ya'll can assist me.

I've got a '07 R6S and am wondering about the instrument cluster.

Is it possible to change the color of at least the speedo from red to another color? If so, how or is there a manual or somewhere on the internet with information? (I've tried to do a search and have still come up empty)

I appreciate any help/assistance ya'll can give.

L8s!!

you remove the insert from the cluster and put in a new one. there is a company on ebay that claims their kit does not require cutting the insert of removing the needle. not that it really matters now....

I think my eyes are getting cross-eyed everytime it takes too long to find what I'm looking for...gotta find the right search engine and the right words to search for.
