RAINCHECKS

NO RAINCHECKS.
We reserve the right not to extend a raincheck* to any " drag racer", "custom show entry", "vendor", "spectator" or any other person(s) or entity(ies) in attendance. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or admission to anyone.

* As a single-time courtesy, we offered rainchecks for non-refunded racers from the April 3, 2004 event that was held in tandem with the AMA SUPERBIKE races. These rainchecks, as listed on the http://www.2wheelxtrememachine.com web site, will only be honored and redeemable on the 8/22/2004 raincheck race date. (The next scheduled race date from 4/3/2004)

REFUNDS

NO REFUNDS.
We reserve the right not to refund any proceeds paid by any "drag racer", "custom show entry", "vendor", "spectator" and/or any other person(s) or entity(ies) in attendance. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or admission to anyone.

CHANGING CATEGORIES

DISQUALIFICATION.
We reserve the right to "disqualify" any "drag racer" from competition for switching his/her "category classification" following "Technical Inspection". Technical Inspection is for safety & competency purposes and to set racer categories. NO EXCEPTIONS!

COMPETITION LICENSES

DISQUALIFICATION.
Any racer and machine that runs 9.99 or quicker must possess a "valid" NHRA or comperable Competition License. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or admission to anyone. In addition, if any of the XMRA or contracted Technical Staff find any safety reason to "refuse", "deny" or "disqualify" any drag racer from any racing will be upheld. NO EXCEPTIONS!
