Someone messed with my nice and sloppy clutch, I went to go adjust it back to sloppy, messed with it too much and my front end came up quite high for my liking, as I was making a right hand turn, almost went on the wrong side of the median and hit a car that was sitting there, but somehow put it down and finished turning in time, it was a close call!
pretty cool you wheelieing a 250, i didn't have the balls to try and do that when i had mine, but since i've gotten the R1, sheeeeeettt, it ain't no thing now, I just have to not freak myself out when i do do them...
i do have to admit though, i have really begun to enjoying it...having the front end come up, and the guys are like, you not supposed to be doing that...(I have actually had some squid boys tell me that), I'm like WTF? dude, I'm a girl on R1, why the hell do you think I shouldn't be able to wheeelie it?

Sportbike: Recently Parted with my bike
Like I said mine was an accident. totally by accident. I'm new to riding still and haven't tried any stunts (don't plan on it til I know what the hell I'm doing first and a license would prolly help too...)
So many guys are intimidated by chicks on bikes. Especially chicks on faster/bigger bikes. We have a couple real beautiful girls that ride-well- with us on occasion. But it's rare. Guys actually avoid them somewhat. You'll see them standing there with noone talking to them, finally they get bored, fire up and ride off.
It's a double edge sword. Guys want a girl that rides, but if she rides, and better than you, then she doesn't really have much need for you in the first place. So many of these guys refuse to try to hook up with a female rider because they don't want to get smoked by a better rider that's female- yet they ride with guys that are 1000x better riders.
I say BS. I'm not joe go-fast. I have no problem with a girl being faster or a better stunter than me. In fact, all the more fun when I turn out to be a better cook than her. I would most certainly get with a girl that could out ride me. I'm just in it for the fun, not the competition. Competition nearly cost me a leg, so now it's just for giggles.
I need me a chick that rides. better than me, worse, who really cares?

OMG thats totally me and Jen at a bike night. However, when they're not with their "boys" they talk our ears off!
That's because alot of guys are using the bike as a substitute for a personality. They kind of need a chick that's in awe of their riding/manliness to attract someone.
A chick that can smoke you around every bend is going to require something more. Something the guy may not have confidence he possesses without the bike.
I've seen it a thousand times. Some guys just don't know how to treat me when I'm riding in a group with them. After they get to know me they usually are cool but some are really standoffish at first.
