Yeah but can I go to get my drivers license after getting a ticket from the bike, like does it go on the same record?

You need to keep in mind that answers on here in response to your question are usually from riders in other states. Unless you find someone who is from your state and has actual knowledge I wouldn't take an answer here to be gospel. In my state there is no deferred finding that some people talk about here. And it would go on your record.

I agree with Yamahafreak. You need to find out how it works in your state, as it will be different everywhere else. Perhaps call the DMV (or whatever it's called there) and ask them?
