Default FS: Ladies NEW Teknic Supervent Jacket 6/36

The other day I bought this NEW leftover '07 model Ladies Teknic Supervent jacket, size 6 (36), in silver/black, online on a closeout sale. I've decided it's just too much of a short, fitted sport cut for me and I want something a little more relaxed (I have a Cortech GX Air on the way). The official marketing poop is below. To me, this jacket is shorter than hip length. The sleeves on this one run shorter than on other Teknic jackets, too. (I have a Sequoia in the same size for a winter jacket on which the sleeves are almost too long).

This is a great quality jacket. I bought a Fieldsheer Mach 7 ladies mesh prior to this one and sent it back because the armor was painful. I want it snug but not painful. The armor on this one felt better, and the quality of the Teknic seems better than the Fieldsheer to me.

I have not worn this other than to try it on, and still have the tags. Sorry, I would've photographed the tags but I left them at home and am posting this at work on a slow Friday afternoon (when I'd much rather be out riding).

Teknic's marketing text:
  • Pre-curved arms with 15 mm forward rotation.
  • Outer shell of abrasion and tear resistant nylon mesh.
  • Overlays in critical areas of 600D CORDURA.
  • Ultra low profile collar.
  • KNOX CE approved KFP1 armor in shoulders and elbows.
  • KNOX CE approved TP2 back armor.
  • Advanced elbow pocket, secures elbow armor into the outer shell.
  • Multi-position snap adjusters on bicep and forearm, to allow adjustable fit.
  • All zippers are genuine YKK zippers.
  • 8 mm YKK connecting zipper.
  • Belt loop for jacket to jeans connector.
  • 2 multi-position snap adjustment on waist belts.
  • 2 cotton lined front pockets.
  • 1 internal mesh document pocket.
  • Zipper closure on cuffs.
  • Main zipper cover flaps with soft hook n loop closure to reduce snags.
  • Airtex lining is anti-bacterial and non allergenic.
  • Anthracite 3M Scotchlite reflective piping on back of jacket for nighttime visibility.

This model does not have a separate liner.

I am the ultimate gear ho, so someone please take this off my hands! It retails for about $150, I believe, and I paid $112 plus shipping for it. Will consider any reasonable offers.

Laura
