You can upload them to photobucket (or something like it), and link the pics from there. That way this website won't gripe about the pics being too big.
Are you on WIndows? You can go under your pictures, click on the picture, and a promp will come up to send the photo to paint. From there you can edit the size of the photo. You can also sign up for a free account at Photobucket, download and store your pictures there and edit them to a usaulble size. It's a pretty good hosting site.
