Ditto on that!

Get yourself some good riding boots (Sidi, Teknic, AStars, etc) and leave these boots for wearing out on the town.

Ugh... I wouldn't want to risk twisting my ankle wearing those while riding. It can't be good to have your foot in the extended-street-walker position while you are holding a bike up while stopped.

Now, for club-going.. yeah. Most definitely.

I already have to stand on tiptoe to ride my motorcycle. I don't see doing it on purpose. I can about imagine what it's like trying to walk in those when you have to get off the bike. Sidi makes excellent boots.

to the original poster...if you want to look good and stay safe, get the ugly motorcycle boots (trust me, on a girl, anything looks sexy regardless), and put the shoes you would normally wear in a backpack.

ride with them to whatever/wherever you are going, and do a Superman (change shoes). Look at my avi. You don't think I RODE in those wedges on my feet, do you? I rode in alpinestars smx plus boots, and changed when i got there cause it was Homecoming and i felt the need to match and not squeak. lol.

i only stopped wearing the boots and started wearing sneakers to ride when i accidentally wore out the soles by skating my feet along when coming up to stop lights...stupid me, found out what i was doing when my boots started collecting water in the rain...wet socks...nasty.

I've been riding for 8 years. I have these boots. I love them. I wear them to ride. I'm short. They help me out. I got them for Christmas. They've seen about 4000 miles this season.

after riding for 8 years, she can probly shift in her bare feet, if it comes down to it.

i like how she posted though. short sweet, to the point, and with enough riding years under her belt that the squid police had to hold their corner...

lol Duzzy getting on bad...
