Default Women specific problem...HELP!

Actually, I know guys have the same type of problem, they call it "roasted nuts".

My bike exhaust routes funky so my seat gets way hot when I ride. Well it's causing some issues as you can imagine..."Hot Crotch" we will call it.

Do any of you have some magic trick you do to help this?

My son suggested wearing his Under Armour shorts when I ride to help. Would that work?

Just tired of having sweating wet butt when I get to my destination (usually work).

HELP!!!!

Insulate the underside of the seat with a thin layer of fiberglass insulation then cover it with aluminum foil.

Wow, I can't say that I've ever had that problem with any bike I've ridden. Segue00's solution sounds like a good one though.

I agree with the under armor my olds son uses it under his football gear for similar reason he don't like the sweat that builds up either and said it helps alot.

"Toasted twat"....lovely visual

+1 to the insulation under the seat. You see it for Buells (with their air cooled engines), and it gets good reviews from them.

I've seen good things said about antimonkeybutt, but I haven't ever tried it myself.

Product with the catchy name

UPDATE!!!

The Under Armour worked like a charm!!!

I was amazed, we rode like 200 miles and everything was nice and cool when we stopped.

HAPPY!

That's good to know.

Yesterday I realized that I do something to keep cool, but never really thought about it before.. if I start to get too warm, I'll stand up on the pegs and er... let the wind cool me off for a few seconds then sit back down.

Seems to be real popular with some of the guys I ride with too.

You can get some of that metallic tape that they use to seal air ducts at the HW store....that stuff is very heat reflective.

Just coat the entire bottom of your seat with it and you should see an improvement.

But segue00's approach is better....its a huge pita, but I'm sure it would do the trick.

Been doing that a lot...the Under Armour helped to decrease the time on the pegs. The guys I ride with do it a lot...something about adjusting and packages...LOL
