Ok, don't know if this as been done or not.. but I was kinda wondering what the meaning is behind everyone's avatar-name.
mine being svmom- I have an sv and I'm a mom, so it was the only thing I could think at the time..

The explanation of my user name: "A" is for Artemis, as in the Greek Goddess. Artemis Calliste translates as Artemis the fairest, one the forms she was worshipped as. One of her traits is fierce independence, which I have always admired and wanted to emulate (among others). I try to surround myself in every way with influences that will reinforce the things I believe in & want in life, even down to what name I use online.
As far as avatars, mine is rotating pics of:
me posing on my bike,
my helmet,
me on a display R1 at Bike Week last March,
me in my helmet,
me and my bike,
me and John (FB),
and the GSXR logo on the fairing of my bike.
I haven't changed it in a while. I'll have to get to work on that, I've been slacking in the update-the-avatar department.
Combo of Crotch Rocket, which is the nickname for performance bikes like the GSXR, and Ninja just to name only two.
and the name Rocket Ride, which is a song regularly played on the game Need For Speed Underground 2
The song it's self in techno based.
As for the avatar? It's my paintball gear. It's based on the MCCU (Marine Corp Combat Uniform). The camo pattern it's self has a name. It's MARPAT (MARine corp disruptive PATtern) Comes in three sets of colors. Woodland (see avatar), desert, and urban.
I'm wearing the Do rag, and pants and the longsleeve shirt. The pants however are part of a real MCCU I have, the shirt and do rag however are civilian manufactured.

Mine is meant to remind all the other @ssholes I share the road with about common courtesy (and yes, it's a real roadsign I've seen a few places in San Antonio, but should exist in many more places.) As far as the handle, I'll leave it to you Spanish-speakers, but it has something to do with this :
Ok, the avvie is one I did of me and my bike. I like to toy around with animations, and I am working on a quad one as well. The nickname, well, it kinda went with the territory. I'm wild, crazy and unpredictable, I love wolves, and it fit. I've had a few others like Brat, Animal, Wazzoo, but this one seems to have been around the longest, and fits me to a T. Can't help it. I'm a wolf in pussy clothing.

That's cool, I noticed that thread was from 05. So what the heck maybe its a good thing I started it again, hey with all the new people joining it doesn't hurt. (hopefully)

well, bella donna means beautiful lady in italian...i have a good friend (italian) that calls me bella. i also get belle. but yeah....and the avatar, i'm cute, but i can be devious sometimes ;)
