I go to college in upstate NY and we have our fair share of "dirtbags". I was filming a video outside and had a pile of stuff on the ground, including my $500 cell phone, and when I turned to tape someone stole it. I remember seeing two freshman walk behind me so I got pissed and went to find them. I didnt remember what they looked like or what they were wearing, but knew they were young and that they were heading towards the store. So I went to the store, saw one young guy and waiting outside for him. He came out and acted suspicious when I asked him if he stole my phone. After 5 minutes he admitted a friend was waiting for him in the woods. So I walked in the woods and this kid was LISTENING to my mp3 player on my phone. As soon as he saw me he started making up excuses, I called the cops, my friend videotaped a part of where he was saying sorry but it was my fault for putting a phone on the ground. He has a court date in two weeks and I am going to talk ot the DA and let him know that the person he stole from (since he had my phone in his possession until I found him) is sitting in the court. He has a big history of theft prior to this (thanks campus police) and he already used up his last chance LAST time he stole a cell phone. This kid is in big trouble, but I am sooo happy that I played detective. And I think I scared him too? Don't mess with a girl and her cell phone, ESPECIALLY if she hasnt had the chance to ride her bike in a month!!
ok, what i want to know is. WHY would anyone spend $500 on a cell phone?! an iPod WITH cell can run you tops $200. and the iPod can hold more and do more.
BUT regardless. HELLZ yeah!!!!! haha, bet that kid was shitt'n bricks when the "owner" was standing next to him. MUAH HA HA!!! Go girl!!

West coast *droool* I spent 350 on the phone and had 150 credit from sprint, so I didnt PAY 500 but it cost that much. I bought it last year when I had money crawling out of my ears...HAD being the key word. I think I made him tinkle in his pants a little when he saw me come out of the woods towards him.
