Finally settled on a helmet. Been having to pay for some other bike bits so the helmet has been put on the back burner. I mean, what's the point of protectingyour head, if the bike won't even go?!
Let me know what ya'll think. TECHnically I don't have it in my anxious lil hands yet; but as they say "The check's in the mail"

Wow, I've just been reading up on this brand, and apparently they are extremely light and comfy. You can give us a full report once you take for a test ride, but it looks like you made a great choice!
Where did you get it from? Were you able to try one on somewhere first to determine the size or have your worn this kind before?

Hey i figure if i gotta be wrapped up in gear, at least look good doing it eh? ;) They don't import them into America, however there is an outfit out of Cali that brings them in. It *at this time i'm sure* is the lightest on the market. My freind up in Seattle swears by them, so i tried his on.. obviously a little too big, but not bad. So to answer your question, yes i've tried one on, but no not the perfect fit. lol They seem to have a good return policy, and worst case i can buy the pads for WAY less than a new helmet and make it fit my head if need be.
here's the link, should ya'll like to try 'em out. and their vent designs are better than the leaders in this technology. easy to use, easy to find. the "spoiler" makes the helmet lighter at speed, due to the air blowing around and back up, thus causing you not to strain as much to hold your head up. Not looking like a line-backer, i thought this might be a bit easier on the neck. ;) Oh and WAY cheaper than their counterparts!!

Sounds like a great deal for you... still waiting on the product review once you get it!
I just bought another Arai. I'm old and set in my ways I guess. This will be my third one. They fit and I trust them, and I got a great deal on this one.
But that doesn't mean I won't buy another one if there is a compelling reason to do so.
that is awsome looking helmet. And I would agree with Steph, it looks like ours Icon, but you payed way less money for it, you, you, you.....well, you know
MUAH ha ha!! yes. PRAISE the girl. PRAISE her!!! Naw just messing with ya. But totallllllly freak'n stoked about it!!! Thanks guys.. and i'll keep ya'll posted when i get it in!
