Default Holy Hill vids

I have this posted up on wsb but thought I would share it here too.:

Here is a Mapquest link to the area. You'll need to zoom in four clicks on the plus sign to see all the street names of the following vids

I had the camera aimed somewhat down so you could try and see as much of the pavement and conditions as you can.
The camera is mounted on my helmet so with me huggin the center line at times it Looks like I crossing the center.

I intentionally dramatized the areas that will always have gravel in them by slowing down a lot. You will notice these areas of concern.

Also I am by no means a saint when riding on the street. So if you choose to flame my riding keep it to yourself please or pm me your complaints if any.

NOTE: right click and save all the vids. Do not try to click on the links and stream them.
Hwy Q:

I started the vid out after riding on County Line Rd. The vid starts with me riding west first, then turning around, and finally ending up facing east at the stop sign of K,E, and Q

Monches Rd:

This vid starts out going North on Monches after heading East on Hwy Q and ends at a four way stop with St. Augustine. There is a church on the south west corner of this intersection.

St. Augustine South:

Here I go North on St. Augustine from Monches Rd until it T's with Hogsback Rd (if I would turn right at the stop sign) and the northern trek of St. Augustine (if I would turn left at the stop sign).

Note: there is the down hill section if you are riding North that is an Intense decreasing radius turn. I have seen many of riders go off the road there. GO SLOW!

St. Augustine North:

This vid is of me going South on St. Augustine from Hwy 167 (Holy Hill Rd)

Note: there is the down hill section if you are riding South that is an Intense decreasing radius turn. I have seen many of riders go off the road there. GO SLOW!

Hogsback Rd:

Great views from this road.
This is coming from St. Augustine and heading towards Friess Lake Rd.

Friess lake Rd:

Heading south on Friess lake from Hwy 167 (Holy Hill Rd)

I take this all the way until it turns into Hubertus Rd and then T's while facing East at Hubertus Rd (left turn) and Plat rd (right turn)

Hubertus Rd:

Vid starts out going West on Hubertus Rd from Hwy 164 and I cut the vid off where if you keep going south the road turns into Plat Rd and Hubertus actually goes right.

Plat Rd North:

This is Plat Rd coming from Hubertus rd going South.
The vid only goes until Elmwood rd but if you keep going South on this road it goes past Lake 5 and T's at Hwy Q (norther scoot of that vid coming later)

Elmwood Rd:

This road goes East-West and I went West from Plat rd. until Elmwood T'd at St. Augustine

Hwy Q at Lake 5:

Leaving the lake 5 Mobil at Hwy Q and Hwy 164 I go West on Q past Lake 5 until I turn right on Plat rd/

Plat Rd:

Going North on Plat rd. from Hwy Q

Monches Rd. east:

This is Monches rd going East from the 4-way stop at Monches and Plat. At the four way stop there is a school on the north west corner of the intersection.
I take it all the way to Willow Creek rd which if you go east on Willow Creek rd it will end up at hwy 175 where there is another gas station there.

well, that's about it. Enjoy

thanks.

a bug, lol, yeah, it sure looks like it but there was at least 4' between us. that helmet cam being on top my lid makes things WAY out of perspective.

wish the cams I'm using liked being on the fender of my drzsm but... nope.

Awesome vids, thanks for posting! Everytime I ride HH I seem to have a car come too close for comfort for me.

Man I can't wait to get home and go ride those roads. I haven't been out there since August.
