I don't know about the other two, but Auto Glass Specialists "makes house calls". Hence, The Guys In The Little Red Truck

In addition, CJ, isn't this something that would be covered without a question under your car insurance? I've busted a windshield once (due to a flying projectile=rock) and it was replaced the next day and my car insurance covered it no questions asked.

Some of the autoglass places in the phonebook are cheap considering the come to your house and install and are willing to use "used" windshields. If I remeber correctly $150bucks installed.? I don't remember any specific ones just call around and get quotes.

Just so you know, last time I did call around there was almost a $300 swing in the prices I got quoted last year.

Give me some more info. I think the last time we talked about it, you told me the guy (I forget his name, I think it was Jeff) that originally bought it from me at Robs turned around and sold it to someone else locally because of the issues his ex/wife had with it and him getting another bike.

On a side note, I've seen my old F2 a couple of times in the last two weeks. Its on it's second owner since I traded it in to Lake Country Powersports. The new owner is using it to learn how to stunt. Not only did he put a huge sprocket on it, it is totally rashed front, back, and side to side.

I rode to work. Not the smartest thing I've ever done but no one has ever accused me of being smart anyways.

BTW, when you're getting quotes on a windshield, make sure you tell them you're paying for it yourself. A friend of mine had to replace his windshield and when he told them he was paying for it out of his own pocket, his quote went from $350 to $150.

You start out motorcycling with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.
