Default Needed: Advice, Suggestions, Opinions on Tankbag, Cover, Lock, Chain/Sprocket...

So I need some help with upcoming purchases. In the near future I'm going to need a bike cover, lock, tankbag, and it was suggested (4000 miles ago) that I replace my chain. The bike is a '01 Ninja, zx6r.

Cover:
I no longer have a garage for my bike, so I'm looking for a good cover. It needs to be more than a dust cover, something that'll hold up in the storms we'll get this summer. Looking online, I came across some Dowco covers, not sure if they're any good. It sounded like you could put it on without letting the exhaust cool off. That would be nice. Any suggestions?

Lock:
I was looking at the Kryptonite disc locks. Anyone have experience with them?

Tankbag:
What are respectable names when it comes to luggage for sportbikes? Someone reccomended Icon's Urban Tank bag to me. I like the fact that it turns into a backpack. Although, at $109, I'm open to other suggestions.

Chain/Sprockets:
I have 16k+ miles on my bike. I'm guessing it's the original chain as I haven't replaced it. Should I replace the sprockets at the same time? Any reccomendations?

Any suggestions appreciated and welcome.
Thanks,
Kevin

I'll go with the tankbag...and the tank on the '01 is metal right? Anyways, I have a Nelson-Rigg magnetic bag for mine. Got it off of New Enough on a closeout, but they're currently selling for $41 which is extremely reasonable.

The magnets are powerful; that thing does not shift. It'll hold a ton, especially if you let the expansion zippers out. The build quality is great, and it really maintains its form over time. I've taken some long trips sprawled across it, and it doesn't look splayed. The clear map case on top is nice for a quick reference. If I decide to do any touring in the next few years, I'll be getting the soft luggage for the rear as well as I like the pricing & quality.

The Dowco covers are pretty good. The only problem I have is that heavy rain splashes up off my patio into the front disks, but I don't see how any cover would prevent that.
