Req: Disable the "Shouting" option in post titles.

If you post a message and the actual thread title is:

SBN - Where sportbikers GO NUTS (etc.)

The current vBulletin settings strip the case and convert it to:

Sbn - Where sportbikers Go Nuts

Just find it annoying, is all.

I know what your saying.. However since there are so many children that forget the caps lock key is on.. I had to turn that feature on.. Small price to pay

It just makes me look like an idiot if I post an acronym in a topic like "USMC" and it comes out like "Usmc", etc.
