Looks to me like you two are on a mission against FosterRad... stories above sound very fishy to me...

I bought multiple Laser exhausts from Robert (+misc parts that he shipped to me for free, just to support his customer) and FosterRad always followed through and I never had an issue.

One problem is that they work with Laser, which is located in the UK and give Robert a ton of mis/wrong-information on orders/shipments...

That must be what it is,thanks for the tip.Twenty three years of turning a wrench for a living has not taught me how to install an exhaust pipe that only fits one way.

I heard something similar on an FZ6 forum this morning... the dude got his money back though, but apparently something is up with Fosterrad... hope things work out for you guys.

It is a tough place for me to be in.I have an exhaust that does not fit and a tig welder sitting next to it. I reversed the charges on my card so it is not mine but I am stuck with it.Do I cut it to make it fit and have to return it and have them say i damaged it? I am out 800 dollars and a box of parts on my garage floor.Afraid to do anything with it because I need to return it.I am just stuck.Robert Foster said he would send a new system and a UPS call tag for this sytem....just send a call tag.....I am done......it is yours.....please take it from me and we are even....lesson learned.

It was paid for on 07/16/09........it is 10/22/09......in a box on my garage floor.What would you do?Really? BTW CUTTER, that reply letter that FosterRad wrote is very similar to a letter they wrote another BMW forum member when he argued the charges with his credit card company about a similar deal gone wrong with FosterRad about a RapidBike product!

If you do get to visit/talk to him, tell him I said hi and to stick it up his arse!
