That was one of the first things I read when I was still fairly new to trackdays, it's a great article, and I second the sticky idea. This should be a sticky here in the Racer's Corner.

It's still there, you just have to link to it from the page that comes up. I skimmed thru some of it and found that this must have been written a while ago since prices and quotes about the power of certain size bikes are out of line with what is relevant currently. But it's still an interesting read!
