You don't need warmers if you use your head for the first couple laps of each session.
Iceman I don't think you've got much to worry about. I rode a 600rr with slicks & the rear was a skinny 160 down at VIR North & there wasn't any need for tire warmers. Your bike will probably tip in faster w/ the 180 vs the 190, but grip will probably be similar or even better despite the smaller contact patch due to the stickier compound & lack of tread.
The biggest thing I'd be concerned with is air pressure. Don't worry about warmers, the size difference, contact patch & all that, just talk to someone at the track that is familiar w/ Michelin slicks, get air pressure recommendations, use that as a starting point, check em a few times throughout the day & adjust as necessary.
You'll be just fine.... there's not much more you need to know.
