Default Pressure on the outside peg??

How much pressure are you putting on the outside peg when in mid corner? I want to get the bike up sooner so I can get on the gas, so I've been trying to really crank on the outside peg, but since I've started doing this... I'm getting alot more pushes from the front end. And I do NOT like the feeling of the front end sliding. The rear... I kinda like that. I was wondering if the outer peg would be exagerating the front end push.

If you observe some of the WSB and Moto GP guys, you will see that some of them are barely touching the outside peg... yet alone putting pressure on it. I know it's been discussed and rumored that you should put pressure on the outside peg, but I've also read and observed that it doesn't really have much benifit. Lee Parks wrote about it in his book called Total Control and he's not a fan of it. I still catch myself doing it though. I really put too much pressure on the inside peg I think. I've yet to spend the money on a proper race school like the California Superbike School. Anybody else have any input?

I feel I'm putting too much pressure on the inside peg, thats why I was trying to even it out on the outer peg. At the end of a track day, my foot is killing me. Nothing else is sore, just my damn feet. I am getting some new boots, I hope that helps.

When I raced YSR's in between the big bike races, I learned to point my toes down and tuck in my inside foot. If you study pro racers, you'll see that they are really almost tippy toeing their inside foot and barely adding pressure to the outside foot. I'm having a hard time doing this as well. It seems as if they hang off the tank with their outside leg... maintain light pressure with their arms... and really jut their head towards the inside of the turn. Haga is a great man to study. I feel like I'll never really get his form perfected.
