That is what I use. Works amazingly well. I've had straps come off in transit and the bike stayed upright and ok. It is also handy if you are alone at the track, but I usually skip it and just go for the regular rear stand. saves a step, and the balancing it isnt a big deal.
If you get an enclosed trailer (like I plan to do) I dont think I would use any type of chock other than that one. You cant see it to know if something happened, at least that way it has a fighthing chance ;P
