That's far from a Horsepower track, Hell the longest straight is only 2000 feet (apx. 3/8 of a mile) which isn't enough to even top out the bikes. Now Road America, Brainerd, and Daytona are true Horsepower tracks, I have raced at all of them and those are tracks where if you have HP you can use it. Medium size tracks like this new Texas track are more suited to a 600, but someone that can actually race a 1000 would also do well, but certainly not be able to run away from a good racer on a late model 600.
With elevation change and a mix of straights and turns I think it would be a fun track by looking at the track map. But I also think it may be challenging, if you analyze how the turns are connected together some of the series of turns are designed to mess you up and make you really search for a good way thru them as a series.
