Default 1st track day

anyway I am just wondering what to expect on my first track day , but 1st a little about me, I am new on this site, I am 40 years old and have been ridding for 30 years of course starting on dirt bikes cr 80 ,125 than 250 than on to 3 wheelers and street bikes I started out on a cb 600 and have plenty of bikes until I bought a cbr 600 in 2002 than a triumph sprint 955 and now I at 40 I am confident that I have enough experiance that I bought my dream bike a kawasaki zx 10r 2006 in polaris yellow I am very comfortable on the bike and am planning to do alot of trackdays on it starting in august at the poconos in pa, I like the twisty roads more than the long straight roads I am by no means a speed demon but do love going out at 6 am to 10am and ridding while there are hardly any cars on the road and practicing turns , I guess what i want to know without crashing my bike how low should I be looking to get in the turns without being crazy and how much fun is it going to be cause I cant wait ! thanks sorry about the novel I just wrote

First< Hi and to SBN!
Secondly, there are a few things that you will find out on your first track day.
Your ZX-10R has waaayyy too much power
You will actually be able to get a feel for how much power there is in the bikes front brakes.
Only go as fast as YOU feel comfortable!
There is more grip from the stock tires than you'd think.
You can lean over waaayy more and hang off more in the corners than you thought possible.
By the end of the day, you will be completely exhausted.

Ok, I'll let everyone else chime in.

Go easy on the throttle exiting the corners. I'm serious!

Have fun, relax, watch, listen, ask and learn. And have fun!
