I'm really looking forward to VIR.

I actuall find the Jefferson Circuit at Summit Point to be a lot of fun. I know a lot of guys that just don't like it. Probably just too small for their taste. One thing I do like is that the crowd can practically get right up next to you and take some great shots of you going around turn 1.

I live in WV I don't race or even own a bike...but i'll be buying one this comming spring and this is why I want one...I'll prob just go to watch and learn....

well...kinda "dirt a couple times" but nothing road wise....I'm getting out of Sport Compacts...right now I own 2 cars and a land rover...I'm getting rid of the two cars one car will get me outta debt and the other is going towards a bike....looking towards a 600cc since I'm right at 200lbs....don't know what brand...I've just been soaking everything up so I can make smart decisions here in a couple months...if anyone see a good cheap bike please let me know....

Also I read the article on begining to raod race and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on things like helmets and things...like best bang for your buck...

look and read the threads in the new rider section. a older Kat or f2 cbr could be a great starter bike but you will learn more on smaller bikes.it's always your choice. I would defently not go new since you will be more than likely to dump it a few times and when there new its enough to make you cry LOL. just be safe and give us a yell when you get one. WV has some great roads to play on.
