The Day After
well as you may know from my other post I did my first trackday this past saturday at Arroyo Seco in NM and it was awesome....
the downside it's Tuesday early morning and I'm sore as hell.... 
guess it's time to get back in shape....
anybody else sore after doing a trackday or race weekend.....

I'm not to bad at all after Sunday, but a couple weeks ago from MAM I was VERY sore. Not sure why. But yes, I'm usually a little sore after TD's.  |
