Question Total Costs of Track Days

Wanted to get an idea of how much $ is actually spent to do some track days. I know the track fees vary from track to track. But how much do you actually spend to do a track day. Curious on Averages. I want to do one but can't justify the costs of doing one, Maybe 6 or so if I want to spread costs of Gear, equipment etc....

Tell me what ya think.

Items I can think of:
1. Track/ School fee
2. Tires, I'm sure you use a new set for each trip.
3. Bike gas, oil, lube, fluids, etc.
4. Bike prep (& increased maintenance), equipment, saftey wire, plastics, braces, thinks you could average over a year of track days.
5. Travel expense, Gas, food, lodging, etc..
6. Race parts, tools, sprockets, chains, shocks, springs, etc.
7. some one timers, like a trailer, stands, scoring equipment, etc.
8. the safety gear, Leathers, golves, boots, back protecters, pucks, helmets, etc.

I'm sure that there is much more I'm missing. But if I want to put together a budget for next year I would like to get to the true costs.

Thanks for ideas
