Firefox automatically saves a copy of your bookmarks every few days or so.
Click on Bookmarks, Organize Bookmarks, File, Import...
Then go into:
c:\documents and settings\[your username]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxx.default\
There should be bookmarks_[somedate].html in there.
