Sportbike: The one with 2 wheels
This Logitech one I have has worked great. I don't know the model but it has the back button on the sides, spin wheel and can zoom left to right with it.
I have a razer copperhead, its a POS. When I'm using it, the buttons are too easy to press and I end up right clicking a lot of stuff when I dont mean to. This is probably because I have really big hands and it doesnt fit my hand well (2XL+ glove size). Also, its got bright blue lights on it that can't be turned off. Its kinda annoying, but at least it looks cool
It is, however, great for gaming. Its RIDICULOUSLY accurate. Headshots are easy, I guess this is why they made the buttons so sensitive and easy to press. I guess this mouse is designed for hardcore gamers in mind, cause for websurfing there isnt anything better than a logitech MX1000 IMO. You can find them on ebay somewhat cheap.
Want my razer?

I've been rocking the Microsoft Wireless Natural Keyboard and Mouse combo for over 2 years. The mouse is on its batteries that I changed before Christmas.
Model 1007 on the bottom of the mouse.

Dude a year? I've never had a mouse last more then six months, no matter how much it cost.
