Default iPod speed

Am I the only one whose iPod it takes forever to add new songs to? I don't add them one at a time, but more like 20-30. If I ever need to reinstall windows it takes a few hours to load just over 200 songs onto the damn thing. I don't know if it's the player or the software, or my computer. Are all iPods this slow?

BTW - It's the new iPod shuffle

Its probably because you dont have it plugged into (or dont have at all) a high speed USB port. If your comp is kinda old it wont have any at all, but if it is newer it might have a few. So try switching around the USB port that you have your ipod plugged into, and see if any others are faster.
