Default who knows exchange server?????

question for ya, i can't seem to figure this out.

is there a setting on my exchange server that i need to ensure is enabled to allow an originator of a message (regardless of what server their mailbox is on) to receive a delivery notification that a message has been delivered into the mailbox of the person they sent the message to?

i know the setting is enabled in outlook but i have gotten reports from various people (who are not on my exchange server or even in my network) that do not receive these delivery receipts even though the message was delivered successfully into a particular mailbox.

any ideas?????

Try toggling the option on the individual client machine, as opposed to creating a rule on the server for the report?
