sirius satellite question

ive had a satellite radio now for 6 months and just yesterday after being on for around 15 min it locks up, cant change the channels or anything, when i shut it down and power up it says stuck on the opening screen with the lil dog and no music. Any suggestions??? i checked a;; connections, unplugged all wiring, antenna, power chord, antenna, and same thing, even did the hard reset that the customer service suggested. any help would be great as going without satellite radio will really be a downer

firmware corruption maybe....if a hard restart doesn't work then it needs to be looked at professionally.
