My friend just purchased a computer from Dell. He is 38 years old and doesnt speak english very well. He asked me if it was possible to return a laptop after he bought it from Dell. He took it out of the box but has not set it up yet. Is it possible to return it?

Contact customer service to get a Return Authorization number and follow the instructions. I've returned two machines to Dell. Last time was three years ago - the process should be the same.
he can, not buy a computer he needs to return... why would u make a purchase like that just to return it...?
and he lives in the US but doesnt speak english? he's here on vacation I hope... I know if I moved to another country, I would damn well know the language before I got there.

i think you've got 28 days to return something.......i believe they'll even send you a return shipping label so you dont have to pay for it.....they've got pretty good cust. service from my experiences
