Default Question For The Computer Guys - Dual Monitors

I'm a big time World of Warcraft player and I have been run dual monitors for a while, I use one for the game and the other for the internet explorer (thottbot, ect) and Team Speak.

I have searched the web and can not find an answer to my question. My question(s) is:

1) is it possible to run two mouse(s), one for each screen. If so how did I do this?

2) Is there a way to create shortcuts on my second screen that will open on that screen? If so how do I do this?

Thanks,
Kevin

1.) no its not
2.) screen positioning is a windows thing, based on where it think the window should be opened. However, if you manually move the window and manuall resize it (don't hit the maximize button), windows SHOULD remember that preference.

I have limited experience with that program. There's several of them. It consumes a lot of system memory, even if you're sporting 2 GB of DDR memory.
