Need some help on buying/picking out a webcam

So what makes a good webcam? Is it the Pixel or what? What spec's should I look at to make sure I get a pretty good webcam?

There are some many options out on the market these days. We bought some 40 dollar logitech one 4yrs ago and it still works great. It all depends on what your uses are gonna be. I believe most now come with a mic, if not I'd spend the extra money for one.
