Looking for the best deal 19" monitor

so i know that newegg.com has the best stuff, but i just don't know what to look for in a monitor...

sooo which would YOU choose?

is this a nice monitor for the price?

I don't know about that monitor but my roomie picked up this one and it's bad ass http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/P...ctlisting.aspx

He got it for around 350. He said it randomly goes on sale for almost half price. He said he seen it go on sale 3 times and the third time he couldn't resist buying it.

What you want to look for in a LCD is a high contrast ratio and low response time (if you're into gaming). If you don't do any gaming that would be a good monitor for a great price. I also have a BenQ 19" with similar specs, though it's a different model. I like it a lot, it's very nice.
