Default Animated Avatar Help, please!!!

I am throwing myself at the technically superior SBNers.....

There is an avatar of a guy dancing in his gear.. I think the post name is guy in full gear and still a squid" or something like that. I want to make him my avatar on my family's website but I do not know how......

If anybody could help me I would be most appreciative. Our family forums only allow avatars that are 80x80pixels max and 6kb or smaller... Any help would be great! If anybody can help, I know the video is long so it would have to be shortened quite a bit.... just pick whatever part of it you want....

^^Don't be posting animated avatars of women's asses. I had to change it to an alpaca.

You could download a trial version of some JASC tool that automates animated GIFs, that should work. I'd Google JASC or Paint Shop Pro and take it from there.
