Default sv rearsets?

what is the real difference between the S model rearsets and the naked ones, Ivé heard that the naked ones are lower. Are they really? Are they also more forward? If they are only lower I might swap is this possible?

Not sure about the '03 model, but on the first generation, the svs brackets are about 1" up and back compared to the sv. When I got more aggressive bars for my '00 sv, I also changed out the rearset brackets and shift rod for those from the svs. It was the easiest and cheapest way to move the pegs up and back.

If you put heli-bars on an svs, you might want to look into sv brackets. I don't know if they are as interchangable on the second generation like the first generation.
