Major Problem w 2004 gsxr 750

I have a major problem with a 2004 GSXR 750. It has 13k on it and I have had no problems until now. When I flash for codes I have a c00 but the little line is pointed up and it says that the throttle position sensor is off center. The bike is over fueling and the plugs are black. It is misfiring. I have check the basics. Have good spark, Fuel pressure is at 43 psi. Bike runs good if you are hard on the gas other wise it will die on you and sometimes not restart. Black smoke out the pipe.... if more information is needed just ask. I just need a lead! Check power to the throttle sensors and that is in spec. Havent pulled the primary and secondary tps sensors to check them yet. I was leaning towards them but I dunno. ANy help would be great. Thanks again!!!

Well, since you already diagnosed the problem, heres the fix.

Do yourself a favor and get the service manual.

you know what I already have the service manual... I don’t read anything in the text that says if you have this book, all your problems will be fixed and you are now officially a GSXR certified technician... Wonder if they have directions to hang my sign out front...

Did you read what you wrote in your first post?

The bike is telling you the TPS needs adjustment or replacement. You never said you did that. Start with what you know needs to be fixed. Common sense.
