Hello Everyone,
I am planning on getting a GSX-R 600 in a month or so and am trying to find out what people in Cali paid. I tried to do a search, but was unsuccessful. A local shop is offering 10.5 OTD before negotiations. I think it's too high. Any information anyone can provide would be of great help and appreciation. Ride Safe.
holly crap 10,500 out the door. Im not in Cali, im in Va, but my god. That would be more than 2,000 more than what i paid out the door. If they are all that high, maybe look into a going to a neighboring state, or having one shipped. I know shipping for a bikeis only maybe 500 tops.
if i can remember correctly, these guys offered us OTD at a little over $9K.
but we went with a local dealership, if you want their name PM me, and we got an '07 GSXR600 when they first came out at $10,500 with an a* leather jacket, rf-1000 helmet, and icon tarmac gloves.

Thanks everyone for all your info. I was able to find a dealer in the bay area, which is about 4 hours north me, who is quoting 9100 out the door. I don't mind the drive if I can save some money. Hopefully by next month, I'll be posting pics of the new ride.

Highway 1.
From Carmel south to at least SLO is a blast.

Never out-ride your ability to react (even stop) within the distance you can see (at least on the street).
I have yet to make that ride, but it is definitely on my to do list for this year. I've ridden out to Mojave and back in the same day. Went out there, got lunch, then rode right back. Are there gas stations on the ride between Carmel and SLO?
