Default Race Rails Installed on the bike finally

Here are a few pics of the rails installed. I will be looking to get the pucks painted gloss black to match.

Let me know what you think, good or bad.

I was going to go with the blue ones but I thought the black would blend in a little more. I paid $115 shipped from a group buy here. If you are interested google powers race railz and give them a call. He is a pretty good guy and would probably set up another group buy.

What about comfort level?? Do they get in the way or bother your legs at all? I'm 6'4'' so long legs and do want something rubbing the knees

You should be fine. The only time I rest against them is at a complete stop when your feet are on the ground. Even then it is not uncomfortable.

looks slick, better than a full cage. did you buy those because you wheelie your bike or for added crash protection?

give powers a call 717-989-7078 tell them adam sent ya. he'll take care of you. those rails are a great look to any bike and offer more protection than frame sliders

Mainly for the added protection. I ride hard and I do wheelie the bike but I am no stunter. If you plan on stunting with the slow stuff a cage will give you more protection.

Default Powers Stuntworx Race Railz Installed.

Very nice, I have a blue set.. so did you use the rubber pads and where did you put them? I'm guessing on the frame below the tranny bolt? Assuming you used them did they squash down well when you torqued down the nut?
