Angry 1993 gsx600f wont ide and rpm problems

ok i Just bought a 1993 gsx600f with less than 10,000 miles on it that was female owned. I cannot get the bike to idle without the choke and i cannot accelerate past 6000 rpms unless i am going downhill. It is extremely slow and if i turn the choke off while i am riding i lose even more acceleration and if i pull in the clutch while im riding with the choke off the bike immediately dies. The bike had sat for about 3 months and from what i can tell wasnt ridden more than twice a year anyway. i have changed all 4 plugs, performed an oil change, drained all the old gas out (which was a piss yellow color) and replaced it with 93 octane and seafoam. I have road about a half a tank through this bike and it is not clearing up or getting any better it runs exactly the same. if anyone can point me in the right direction i would appreciate it. If you need a video or anything ill be happy to upload one. Someone please help me .

Even if you used seafoam if the gas came out nasty like that you HAVE to clean the carburetors. Such is life with them.

alright i just took my bike for a spin after cleaning carbs in below 30 degree weather. it is running fuckin great now i can go 55mph in second gear at 10000 rpms and before i could barely go that fast in 5th gear all the power is back but i still have to keep the choke on halfway or the bike will die if ur not giving it gas. when i adjust the idle screw not much is seeming to happen. will this clear up the more i ride it ???

Below 30? Has it gotten that cold in Pittsburgh? D:

If it's 30/40F the bike should warm up enough to not use the choke, but you should be letting it warm up. If you have to use the idle screw turn it to the right to turn the idle up, lower the choke slowly with turns of the idle. If it doesn't work...time to get a sync and possibly have someone fix your mixture screws.
