No service records would cause me some problems. That many miles with no service records would disqualify it for consideration. The Ducati will require more service than you may be prepared to perform. If you don't do your own service it will require more money than you may be willing to spend.
After market parts are not as available and the cost is going to be 30% higher than comparable jap bike parts. I loved mine, but am so much happier with my SV1000S. Twin power, good looks, parts/accessories are everywhere, and service is cheap and infrequent.
If you really want a Ducati, wait for a better deal.
