Everyone Is Missing Out On The Other Half Of Stunting!
All i read about on the stunt forums is WHEELIES AND STOPPIES WHEELIES AND STOPPIES Hell yeah they are awesome.. But think about the other cool shit.. Riding on your gas tank.. surfing... skitching.. riding backwards.. etc
I have some questions about all of them?
What is a good bike set up for doing these stunts?
Do people make or buy throttle locks for doing long standing highway moves?
Does cranking up your idle work well for doing these manuvers?
How are some of these badd ass moves performed?
Where do you buy or how do you make the metal plates for shoes?

riding on your gas tank is not a stunt, and looks pretty dumb, maybe if your doing spreaders or high chairs which means you have to be on one wheel, surfing is called christ in motorcycles, all you need to do is put it in nuetral and stand up, not really a stunt, as far as skitching goes, its more for squids now days, but I'm not hating, if you have fun doing it and are as safe as you can be then go ahead and do what you do, and riding backwards is called switch backs, another think you just got to get out and try, I might come off as being a jerk about this, but I'm trying not too, just correcting some of your terms early, you'll get more help later, but the good stunts are combos during wheelies IMO, and I think there was a post where some one was explaining how to make the pads for your shoes for sparks, not really sure, but I hope you find all your looking for and remember to be safe when trying something new.

You dont consider a christ a stunt? I just learned them and it sure feels like a stunt, looks good too.
Now skitching on the other hand isn't that crazy, I know guys who do that and can't even do a standard wheelie, but I would still call it a stunt.

I agree fun is fun, not saying it makes you a squid, but it is something that squids do then try to say that they're stuntas.

+1, you gotta bring more to the table than just some easy skitchin'! I can do a fair amount of stunts on my bike but by no means do I consider myself a stunter.
one up...one down!! later

On my current tires, I can't do endo's anymore, but i'm fairly proficent at wheelies, not moving around and switching positions, mind you, but getting it up and sticking it there is farily easy. I can ride in a various ammount of positions, tank, rear end, sidesaddle, sidesaddle tank, laying down, superman (chest on tank, feet out back, hands on or off, don't matter). I can wheelie from a dead stop, slide the rear end around (just learning that one). I haven't tried rolling burnouts or circle burnouts, but sure could do 'em if I wanted. OH, and I'll have skitching or skiing down by this weekend.
I say all that, because I don't consider myself a stunter, just a different style of rider. Also, those plates on the bottoms of your shoes ... the sparks look great, but can get hot, and cause a bit of attention from local authorities, plus to really make it work, you gotta have a decent speed going. careful brah.
And, if you want another way to have a blast and a huge adrenaline rush, hit a track.
One final question. Is a christ standing on your pegs ... or standing on your seat.

So I would then be right to assume that standing on your pegs is just called "stretching?" HA!
