if i was to go up in the back by 1 to 2 teeth would this kill my mpg
any input would be great ...a friend said its a 10mpg for one tooth up on rear
bike is fuel injected if that matters....
im having a hard time believing him......

Most sport bikes will get 40-50 mpg stock. So, that's mean that stunters who go up 5-6 teeth in the rear get negative mpg.

Your friend is pulling your leg. You might lose 1-2 mpg, but not much more.

yeh I dont know the exact numbers but 10mpg for every tooth up in the rear? my roomate had like 20up, so i guess his bike shouldnt have even made it out of the parking space.
