i have a 905 cage on my bike and it sucks for twisties. i have barely pushed it and people have said i am damn close to scraping it. so needless to say, if you wanna do twisties at a decent pace a cage isnt the best thing for ya. FI cages are the best of both worlds, take the bottom loop off when u wanna do twisties, bolt the loop back on when you wanna stunt.

MXD is coming out with a cage for the twisties. There's a pic on mxdcages.com which gives you a general idea of how close to the plastic the cage is for the track. Had the FI, like sniggs said you can remove the loop and use the sliders.

does that cage work that much. i got a 05 gsxr 750, but i dont wanna drop it on a gas tank wheelie barely starting those, and i saw a video of a guy spining his bike on a cage where it didn't mess up the sprocket, chain..etc end. but i get to low on curves so i'll probably get the f1 but is it strong. i think chrome would be nice on my blue/white. what u think

I won't ride without a cage. They have saved my junk soooo many times. I am sponsored by 905 and I love my stuff but I do scrap it in turns so if you want twisties you might want to go with FI. yes they are very strong. I have seen them brake but it has to be a pretty damn good crash!!!
