I'm going with the Lions.
Hometown team getting it done, and I didn't really expect them to do anything at all this season...again.

that, and a good start by kellen clemens(back -up qb for the jets). may have not won the game but he shows alot of promise. had an 81 yard drive for a td(his first ever td) against the ravens.
I'm not feeling it. Sorry, but a buddist in the family doesn't make you open-minded. It just means you're bangin' a buddist.

For me the biggest surprise is how bad my favorite team the Giants are doing defensively. I wasn't expecting them to do much this year but I never thought they'd be as bad as they are.
You start out motorcycling with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.

my three biggest surprises are:
1) the pack is back!
2) the lions are 2-0
3) the chargers are horrible! well, that's not a huge surprise, now we see how bad philip rivers really is and this solidifies what most have thought for years, norv turner blows as a head coach.

I'm a little surprised but very happy that the Steelers have gotten off to a good start. Born and raised in the Steel City so I always will be a Steelers fan.

My suprise is that Donovan McNabb is on the field in his condition...hes not ready to play football and it's been a disasterous start at 0-2. We cant even beat GB or Wahsington???
The Giants are terrible...that team seems to look just as chaotic as the Eagles.
The Lions will have a winning season this year and I wouldnt be the least bit surprised to see them beat the Eagles depleted secondary next week.
The Pack is looking good...until Farve has his next 4 interception game. Lets see if he can go out on a high note. Interesting to say the least.
The Cowgirls are doing well this year thats good for my fantasy team.
The Foreskins are 2-0, but im not sure they are a "winning" team at the end of the year. They are winning, but in less than dynamic fashion. I think 2008 will be a great year for Campbell and this year will be a pivotal point for him.
I am surprised at the playoff caliber teams that are in shambles this year...and the joke teams that are pulling it together. There is a shift gonig on this year and its going to be fun to watch.

- Packers
- anemic Saints and chargers offenses
- Randy Moss
I'm not really THAT suprised by the Lions thus far. They beat Oakland...wow, how many games did they win last year. Then they beat Minnesota in a game neither team deserved to win.... damn that was one nasty game.
