I can't believe it-- in the first 5 minutes, there were 5 touchdowns! Neither defense showed up today.

They pulled away in the 4th-- we're teeny tiny little MTSU and we never let big bad No. 5 Louisville get comfortable. We were only down by 3 at the half, and if we could've stopped 1 or 2 more drives and not turned the ball over as much as we did, we could've gotten a win.
I'm just stoked that we were in the national spotlight and held our own (for the most part). Nevermind the final score-- this was an exciting game till the end.

Wow, does Louisville not have a defense? If they couldn't stop MTSU, what's Rutgers and West Virginia going to do to them?

Like the article said, both D coordinators are on the hot seat now. If Louisville can't stop Little Middle, how the Hell are they gonna stop West Virginia?? That team is gonna score all day on the birds

If you had to play a team with the best D, like USC, you would have not scored a point!

Sorry!

I have to agree...I don't really think the game was that close. Louisville was never really in any "trouble" so to say...

Maybe not in trouble, but we're just stocked our little program never let them get comfortable, which is more than anybody expected.

And sure-- if we played a team with a stoute D, we probably would've laid a goose egg, but like I said, our town is glad we were able to stand toe-to-toe against a much better opponent and stick it to 'em a few times.
