Congrats to Florida...
Florida came out and almost made me cry. They simply demolished the Buckeyes.
Ohio State looked like they shouldn't have even been on the same field.
I still say that if the game were played 10 times, Ohio State would win seven times...but tonight, at least, Florida was the better team. And tonight was the only time that mattered.
I guess when your schedule such weak non-conference games it allows you to be better rested at the end of the season!!
I still say the SEC is weak, but tonight they had at least one team that shined when it mattered the most.

Florida held Ohio State to the lowest yardage total in any BCS game ever. That's amazing.
They held an offense that averaged about 400 yards a game to only 80 yards. That's simply spectacular.
I may think that the SEC is weak, but Florida did a damn good job of making me second guess my opinion on that last night.

I guess it doesn't matter that the SEC won 2 of the 5 BSC games, embarassing their opponents in the process
And what happened to Michigan again?
Notre Dame isnt even in a conference....Michigan, I believe still should have been number 2, but no one wanted to see a rematch...Gators lost to a team that was much lower ranking than Ohio State, so Michigan most definately had the tougher schedule....Ohio state would have won if they remembered to bring the rest of the team with them....Not sure what happened to Ohio State but they werent playing their game, however, Gators did play one hell of a game and an exciting one at that.
I am not even an Ohio State fan, I am a Michigan fan, the way Ohio played against Michigan was flawless and they deserved to win, even if it were only by 3 points. If Ohio played that same way against the gators, I think the outcome would have been a lot different. The whole BSC crap needs to go and hopefully after this season it will be gone...

Sportbike: researching for first one
A win is a win is a win. No matter how you cut it up with all of the "what if's" or "should of's" The end result is undeniable. When it's time to play, The SEC showed up.
Did you ever stop the think that Ohio State did play the same game they played against Michigan...But maybe Florida was just better? Florida gave up 10 points per game all season...Had Ohio State not run the opening kick-off back...they would only have had 7 points and might even been shut out...
People keep talking about Western Carolina...Yes it was a weak team...but why don't we talk about the Gators playing Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, LSU, Auburn and Georgia, all bowl teams, in a row from week 2 to week 7?
Then, South Carolina, Florida State and Arkansas 3 of their last 4 games were also bowl teams.
The Gators played 10 bowl teams during their regular season...before they played in their bowl game.
Ohio State played Michigan State, Indiana, Minnesota, Illinois and Northwestern before they finished their season against Michigan...
And you tell me Florida played a weak schedule?

I don't know that Ohio State played flawless against Mich they gave up more than 30 points and barely won in the last min of the game.
Here is a thought maybe the Big Ten was overrated seeing how the "real" # 2 "Mich" got beat down by SC.
Great game and Ohio State got exposed for the posers they were. That's why they play the game on the field. Felt bad for Troy Smith, the jinks inaffect big time.
Speed kills!
The better game may have been SC vs Florida, speed and skill o both sides of the ball.

Ohio State is a better team overall. Florida was a better team last night. But that's when it really counted, so Florida gets the nod as a champion...

You start out motorcycling with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.
