Default Bowl Games...so far

So what are your thoughts on the games played so far? Many surprises? Not so many?

Penn State, awesome win over #17 Tenn
I didn't think USC would man handle Michigan like that
Boise state, awesome
WAC finished strong this year, although they still can't compete on the level of say Ohio State.

I figured the Florida state, UCLA game would have been closer

What are yours?

Yeah, lost my pants on the Boise game. Probably one of the best games I have ever seen. {Right up there with the Texas game last year}

Cant wait for the Gators though!!!

Alright, my surprises for the Bowl Season so far are:

Boise State--I thought they could hang, but didn't think they could win.

Michigan--I didn't think USC would destroy them like they did.

The Big East--so far they are 3-0 with Louisville and Cinncinnati left to play. Cinncy plays against Western Michigan and should win fairly easily. Louisville plays Wake Forest and also should easily win, meaning that the "weakest" power conference could end up being 5-0 in bowl games.

Gutsy Coaching--there have been quite a few 4th and long plays attempted, and a few "all or nothing" plays that have been made this Bowl Season. I haven't watched it yet, but I know that Boise State won by going for 2 in OT when an extra point would've tied it. I also saw Oregon State win on a last second 2 point conversion when an extra point would've tied it.
